What You’ll Do

You’ll join our growing R&D team as a Senior fullstack engineer, working alongside experienced engineers and product stakeholders. You will take a key part in building our core capabilities, handling complex projects and helping drive the R&D team forward. You’ll design, develop and own end to end projects with high impact on our customers. You will also lead and help find ways to improve the R&D’s processes & usage of tools and technologies

Key responsibilities:

• Design, build, maintain and own end to end projects and products
• Collaborate with product, design, and business teams to translate requirements into technical solutions
• Ensure system scalability, reliability, security, and performance
• Lead technical discussions and contribute to architectural decisions
• Work closely with the team to strengthen our technical culture and excellence

What You Bring

Required Qualifications:

• 8+ years of experience as a software engineer with significant production system contributions
• Strong proficiency in JavaScript/TypeScript and experience with modern frontend frameworks (e.g., React, Angular, Vue) and backend technologies (e.g., Node.js, Python, Java, or similar)
• Strong experience with databases (SQL and/or NoSQL).
• Strong familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes)
• Strong grasp of software architecture, design patterns, and system design principles
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines, automated testing, and version control (Git)

Advantages:
