Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site IT Technician role located in South District, Israel. The IT Technician will handle responsibilities such as troubleshooting technical issues, providing technical support for hardware and software, assisting with IT infrastructure maintenance, and delivering excellent customer service. The role will also involve conducting training sessions for end users as needed, ensuring they are equipped to effectively use IT systems.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Troubleshooting and Technical Support to resolve hardware and software issues efficiently.
• Strong understanding of Information Technology systems, networks, and infrastructure.
• Exceptional Customer Service skills to assist and communicate effectively with end users.
• Experience in Training end users to improve their familiarity and efficiency with IT systems.
• Ability to work collaboratively onsite and manage tasks proactively.
• A degree or certification in Information Technology or a related field is preferred.
• Prior experience in a similar role and familiarity with industry-specific tools or software is a plus.
