Senior Performance Manager

● Lead strategic planning, execution, and optimization of performance marketing campaigns across Google, Meta (Facebook/IG), TikTok, Taboola, Outbrain and other paid platforms.

● Build, launch, and scale complex campaign structures with a strong focus on performance, ROI, and KPI attainment.

● Design and implement advanced tracking and measurement frameworks, including GA4, GTM, server-side tracking, CAPI, event schemas, and custom attribution setups.

● Conduct sophisticated data analysis to extract actionable insights, inform optimization roadmaps, and guide media strategy.

● Build and test conversion funnels, perform rigorous A/B testing, and refine audiences based on data patterns.

● Use AI/LLM tools to enhance research, predictive analysis, campaign creation, trend identification, and automation workflows.

● Partner closely with internal analytics, creative, and client service teams to ensure alignment between media execution and broader business goals.

● Communicate performance insights, trends, and strategic recommendations clearly and persuasively to internal stakeholders and clients.

● 5+ years of experience in performance marketing and campaign management across multiple paid media platforms.

● Deep expertise in Google Ads (Search, Shopping, Discovery, YouTube/Video) and other paid channels (Meta, TikTok, Outbrain, Taboola).

● Proven track record managing large budgets and driving measurable performance improvements.

● Strong technical skills: advanced Excel (PivotTables, complex formulas), SQL-like thinking encouraged, tracking implementation frameworks, familiarity with basic scripting or analytics logic.

● Demonstrable experience with GA4, Google Tag Manager, pixels/CAPI, and complex tracking setups.

● Highly developed analytical skills including segmentation, cohort analysis, trend forecasting, and data storytelling.

● Experience with e-commerce platforms (Shopify, WooCommerce) and integrations.

● Proficiency using AI/LLM-enabled workflows for performance optimization, reporting, or automation.

● Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple clients and priorities.

● Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; Hebrew proficiency an advantage.

● Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team.
