We're looking for a results-oriented Senior Strategic Partnerships Manager with B2B and B2C experience, exceptional relationship-management skills, and a strategic mindset to drive Lemonade's presence across pet insurance comparison websites and affiliates.

You'll own and grow a portfolio of high-impact partners, nurturing relationships and identifying new opportunities for strategic expansion. You'll combine creativity with data-driven analysis to optimize partnership performance, maximize revenue, and efficiently manage budgets - building meaningful partnerships while leveraging analytics to unlock value across a dynamic, complex partner ecosystem.

In This Role You'll

• Build and manage strategic relationships with aggregators, comparison websites, and affiliates, becoming their trusted partner for pet insurance distribution
• Accelerate growth and maximize ROI by driving product positioning and content strategy across key partner platforms
• Own your partner portfolio by setting and delivering on monthly sales, efficiency, and channel mix targets, while building strong risk mitigation and performance optimization plans
• Identify growth opportunities with both new and existing affiliates, from outreach and negotiation to onboarding and technical integration
• Conduct regular business reviews with partners, analyzing performance metrics and implementing strategies to optimize partnership effectiveness
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align partnership activities with overall business goals
• Stay current on industry trends, market dynamics, and competitor activities, identifying new partners and emerging opportunities
  
  

• 5+ years of experience in partnerships or affiliate management with aggregators, comparison sites, or similar B2B2C platforms
• Significant experience managing and optimizing PPC and Media Buying campaigns on Google and Meta (hands-on experience is a strong advantage)
• Proven track record of driving business growth through strategic partnerships
• Experience with pet insurance, personal finance, or comparison shopping ecosystems strongly preferred
• Strong relationship-building and interpersonal skills, with ability to negotiate mutually beneficial agreements
• Strategic and analytical mindset, with ability to identify partnership opportunities and develop actionable plans
• Excellent project management and organizational skills, with ability to manage multiple partners and cross-team projects simultaneously
• Financial mindset with experience managing partnership budgets and analyzing financial metrics
• Collaborative, team-oriented approach with ability to work effectively across cross-functional teams
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
• Ready to work in an office environment a minimum of 4 days a week
