Solution Engineer

An innovative Israeli Cybersecurity startup is defining a new category in application security by providing protection for low-code and no-code platforms. The company’s mission is to mitigate the unique security risks and governance challenges associated with decentralized application development.

Following a highly successful Seed funding round, the organization is currently in a phase of significant hyper-growth, expanding its technical core to support a rapidly growing global customer base.

The company is located in Central Israel (prime location near major transport hubs) and operates a hybrid work model with remote flexibility on designated days.

Role Overview:

• Technical Client Leadership: Serving as the primary technical point of contact for enterprise customers, primarily in the U.S. market, during the pre-sales and post-sales phases.
• Solution Architecture: Designing and demonstrating technical security solutions that address specific client needs within the B2B landscape.
• Product-Market Bridge: Translating complex client requirements into actionable feedback for the R&D and Product teams to drive the roadmap of the No-Code security platform.
• Strategic Integration: Leading the hands-on deployment and integration of the platform into diverse organizational security stacks.
• Technical Mentorship: Providing deep-dive technical education and security best practices to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Requirements:

• 3+ years of professional experience as a Solution Engineer – Mandatory.
• Proven track record in B2B Cybersecurity products, specifically working with North American customers – Mandatory.
• Strong technical background (e.g., Software Development, Security Research, or Systems Engineering) – Mandatory.
• Excellent presentation and communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex security concepts in fluent English.
• Demonstrated ability to manage high-stakes technical relationships and drive successful product adoption.
