Job Description:

Senior DBA for our CRM Team – someone who deeply understands DBA work, lives and breathes technology, enjoys teamwork, and takes end-to-end ownership.

The role includes full responsibility for managing, maintaining, planning, and improving the performance of CRM databases end-to-end, including developing PL/SQL logic, improving existing components, building infrastructure, and establishing best practices.

Fields Of Responsibilities:

• Responsibility for the DB end-to-end, from understanding and monitoring existing infrastructure and processes to developing PL/SQL logic for CRM business processes

• Performance monitoring and optimization of queries, indexes, and database structure

• Responsibility for high-quality development according to high standards, including conducting Code Reviews

• Partnership in defining solutions and selecting technologies together with the team lead, and active participation in status and project meetings

• Ongoing collaboration with the development team, system analysts, and QA teams

• Monitoring production issues and performing Root Cause Analysis

Requirements:

• Oracle (Version 10+) - A must.

• At least 4 years and extensive knowledge in PL/SQL Development - A must.

•Extensive experience in CRM Development - An Advantage.

• Experience with GoldenGate - An Advantage.

• BS.c in Computer Science or other relevant degree - An Advantage.

• Experience working with tools like: Azure DevOps / Git / Jenkins - An Advantage.
