Renewals Territory Account Manager - Italian Speaker

We are looking for a Renewal Sales Account Manager to join our team and support customers in the Italian market.

At Check Point Software Technologies, a global leader in cybersecurity and a Forbes Best Employer for the past five years, you will take ownership of the renewal process, working closely with customers and internal teams to ensure high retention rates and strong customer satisfaction.

This role requires someone who enjoys building relationships, working with strategic customers, and driving business outcomes in a fast-paced and collaborative environment.

Working days: Monday–Friday

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the end-to-end renewal process for assigned accounts
• Conduct account reviews with customers ahead of renewal dates to ensure satisfaction
• Identify potential risks and proactively collaborate with internal teams, distributors, and partners
• Maintain and validate the renewal pipeline in SFDC
• Prepare renewal quotes and support the sales process
• Forecast renewals accurately using Clari
• Meet bookings and retention targets
• Maintain strong knowledge of Check Point solutions and their competitive positioning

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in Renewals, Sales, Customer Success, or other customer-facing roles
• Experience working with enterprise or strategic customers and managing long sales cycles
• Proven track record of meeting quotas or renewal targets
• Experience with forecasting tools and CRM systems (SFDC – advantage)
• Strong communication skills and ability to manage multiple stakeholders
• Native Italian speaker with experience working with the Italian market
• Fluent in English
• Experience in cybersecurity – an advantage
