We’re expanding our recruitment team and looking for a Junior Talent Sourcing specialist - a perfect entry point into the world of tech recruitment.
In this role you will:
• Source candidates across multiple platforms (LinkedIn, Facebook, Woo, Adam Total etc.)
• Conduct phone interviews for a wide range of tech positions
• Keep our ATS updated and enrich the talent pool
• Manage postings, referral campaigns and partnerships with colleges and nonprofits
• Work hand-in-hand with our internal recruitment teams
No prior experience required - just strong communication skills, great people skills and a real passion for helping others grow.
