Senior Data Analyst

About the role

We’re looking for our first Data Analyst to help us understand and improve every part of the Carefam platform. You’ll work across product, marketing, and business teams to turn data into insights and guide decision-making.

You’ll analyze user behavior, hiring funnels, and marketplace dynamics, build dashboards and reports, and help define the core metrics that drive the company. The work spans product analytics, marketing analytics, and business performance.

As the first analyst, you’ll play a key role in shaping how data is used across the company — defining metrics, structuring analyses, and helping teams answer their most important questions.

You’ll collaborate closely with engineers, product managers, marketers, and business owners.

About you

– Self-starter with an owner mindset who takes problems from question to insight

– Strong analytical skills and ability to communicate insights clearly to technical and non-technical stakeholders

– Experience defining product metrics, funnels, and experimentation frameworks

– Strong SQL skills and experience working with data warehouses and data transformation tools

– Experience working with BI tools and product analytics platforms

– 5+ years of experience in data analytics, product analytics, or business analytics
