Full Stack Engineer

An Israeli stealth-mode cybersecurity startup develops an AI and Big Data platform designed to manage asset visibility and prioritize vast quantities of security vulnerabilities. The technology enables security teams to reduce noise and automate alert remediation within complex enterprise environments.

Operating in both SaaS and On-Premise configurations, the company is currently in the advanced demo stage with initial customers and is scaling its founding R&D team.

The company is located in Central Israel (prime location near the light rail) and operates a full-time in-office model.

Role Overview:

• Technical Leadership: Managing a team of engineers while maintaining a hands-on (50/50) presence in a fast-paced, early-stage environment.
• Fullstack Engineering: Leading the development of high-performance Web applications and robust backend services using Node.js (NestJS) and React.
• Hybrid Deployment: Architecting and implementing solutions tailored for both SaaS and On-Premise environments, ensuring system flexibility and security.
• Infrastructure & APIs: Designing scalable APIs and managing modern database architectures to handle immense data throughput.
• Cloud & Orchestration: Overseeing deployments using Kubernetes and managing infrastructure as code with Terraform.

Requirements:

• 2+ years of experience in Engineering Management (Team Lead level) – Mandatory.
• 6+ years of professional experience in Frontend Development – Mandatory.
• Proven hands-on expertise in React from recent roles – Mandatory.
• Strong development experience in Node.js, Go, or Python – Mandatory.
• Expertise in TypeScript across the entire stack – Mandatory.
• Demonstrated experience building complex, data-intensive Web applications.
