Marketing Operations Coordinator

Matrix is looking for a talented Marketing Operations Associate to join our marketing team at headquarters.

This is a hands-on operational role supporting Matrix and its subsidiaries' marketing activities. You'll work closely with the marketing team and various business units, with a strong focus on event production and sponsorships.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support day-to-day marketing operations across Matrix and its subsidiaries.
• Lead the operations and logistics of professional events, conferences, and client activities.
• Manage and coordinate sponsorships at external conferences and events.
• Work with external vendors — production, print, branding and more.
• Assist in producing marketing materials: presentations, product sheets, invitations, newsletters and digital assets.
• Collaborate with sales teams and business units to support marketing activities.
• Coordinate marketing tasks with internal teams: design, digital and content.
• Support timeline management, task tracking and marketing workflows.

Requirements:

• 2–4 years of experience in a similar marketing role, preferably in B2B tech companies.
• Hands-on experience in business event and conference production.
• Strong multitasking skills in a fast-paced environment.
• Highly organized with excellent attention to detail.
• Ability to work with multiple stakeholders across the organization.
• Very good English — both written and spoken.
• Proficiency in PowerPoint.
• Strong interpersonal skills and a team-player mindset.
