An Israeli-founded cybersecurity startup is developing an AI-native platform designed to transform Identity Management through the use of Autonomous Agents.

The technology leverages LLMs to execute complex workflows and interact with organizational stakeholders in natural language, automating non-linear security tasks that previously required manual intervention.

Founded by a veteran serial entrepreneur and backed by Tier-1 venture capital, the company is scaling its core R&D team to define the future of information systems and automated security response.

The company is located in Central Israel and operates a full-time in-office model.

Role Overview:

• Agentic Systems Development: Joining a specialized AI unit responsible for building intelligent agents that execute complex, multi-factor organizational workflows.
• Core Infrastructure: Developing the underlying software infrastructure required to support non-linear AI operations and large-scale agent interaction.
• Production Engineering: Taking ownership of the full development lifecycle, from initial AI-based logic to Production deployment.
• Cloud & Orchestration: Working extensively with Python and Kubernetes to manage distributed agentic networks within a cloud-native environment.
• Scalable AI: Designing systems that leverage LLMs to solve real-world security events and identity challenges in high-scale enterprise environments.

Requirements:

• 5 years of professional experience in Python development – Mandatory.
• Proven track record in AI development focusing on LLMs – Mandatory.
• Significant experience in Cloud-native development – Mandatory.
• Hands-on experience with Kubernetes and deploying complex systems to Production.
• Deep understanding of backend architecture and distributed systems.
• Strong interest in Agentic systems and modern AI orchestration frameworks.
