A successful private, profitable technology company specializing in AI-driven Performance Marketing is expanding its core research group. Operating on a bootstrap model since its inception, the firm has achieved sustained profitability without external investment.

The company develops sophisticated AI systems to generate high-quality, targeted leads, helping global clients scale their user bases and optimize business efficiency.

The company is located in Central Israel (prime location near major transport hubs) and operates a hybrid work model with four days in-office.

Role Overview:

• Applied Research & Ownership: Leading ML projects from initial problem formulation and data exploration through to deployment and production monitoring.
• Tabular Data Mastery: Developing advanced predictive models on complex, unstructured Tabular Data to extract high-value signals from large-scale datasets.
• Production-Grade ML: Implementing and optimizing models for real-world production environments, with a focus on Inference Latency and scalability.
• MLOps Integration: Utilizing modern MLOps frameworks for experiment tracking, model versioning, and deployment pipelines.
• Scientific Excellence: Maintaining high standards for experimental design, causality analysis, and rigorous model validation.

Requirements:

• 5+ years of professional experience as a Machine Learning Researcher or Data Scientist – Mandatory.
• Proven track record in Applied AI, with deep expertise in the full Machine Learning lifecycle – Mandatory.
• Extensive experience working with Tabular ML and Big Data environments.
• Demonstrated ability to transition research models into high-performance Production systems.
• Strong background in marketing-tech, lead generation, or behavioral prediction models is highly preferred.
• Academic degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related quantitative field.
