Rust Software Engineer

The company is located in Central Israel (prime location near major transport hubs) and operates a hybrid work model with two days remote flexibility.

Role Overview:

• Technical Leadership: Leading a high-caliber team of senior engineers responsible for the "Core Brain" of the platform a cross-platform endpoint sensor.
• Systems Engineering: Taking end-to-end ownership of sensor components running natively on Windows, macOS, and Linux.
• Hands-on Architecture: Driving complex architectural decisions and high-level design while remaining hands-on with mission-critical code.
• Performance & Reliability: Building high-stability, high-performance systems with a minimal resource footprint to ensure seamless operation on enterprise endpoints.
• Quality Standards: Upholding rigorous standards for code quality, comprehensive testing, and long-term system maintainability.

Requirements:

• 6 years of professional experience in Systems Programming using Go, Rust, or C++ – Mandatory.
• 1 years of experience in a Team Lead or Technical Management role – Mandatory.
• Extensive Cross-Platform experience across Linux, Windows, and macOS environments – Mandatory.
• Proven background in Cybersecurity (private sector) or experience within Elite Military Technology/Research units – Mandatory.
• Strong ability to analyze complex system-level problems and propose robust architectural solutions.
• High-level English proficiency and excellent communication skills.
