BIM Coordinator

Job Description:

We are seeking a B.I.M. Coordinator to join our engineering department. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the development and implementation of B.I.M. processes and systems across projects, ongoing operations, and campus maintenance. This role requires a strong technical background, leadership skills, and the ability to collaborate effectively with various stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

• Proficiency in B.I.M. software such as Autodesk Revit, AutoCAD, Navisworks, and similar tools.
• Understanding of the transformation process from 2D to 3D documentation.
• Knowledge of B.I.M. standards, protocols, and procedures.
• Data management, coordination, tracking, and implementation of new processes within the organization.
• Leading and managing projects.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Industrial Design, Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
• Experience working with B.I.M.
• Relevant certifications such as B.I.M. Project Management Professional or similar – a significant advantage.
• Strong leadership and management skills. – Hebrew & English
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Ability to train and mentor team members in B.I.M. practices and technologies.
• Project management skills, including effective scheduling and resource management.
• Proficiency in Word, Excel, and SharePoint.
