Role Description

This full-time hybrid role for a ServiceNow Implementer is based in Israel, with a mix of on-site and work-from-home flexibility. Responsibilities include configuring and implementing ServiceNow solutions to meet customer needs, collaborating with cross-functional teams to design and customize workflows, and providing guidance and support for ongoing system use. The ServiceNow Implementer will also analyze business requirements, develop technical solutions, and ensure effective project delivery.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in ServiceNow configuration, implementation, and workflows
• Experience in solution design, consultancy, and project management methodologies
• Strong technical skills in software development and customization
• Ability to analyze business requirements and translate them into technical solutions
• Excellent collaboration, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Experience with cloud platforms and integrations is a plus
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
