Fullstack Team Lead

Comblack is hiring a Fullstack Team Lead for a leading financial organization in central Israel

We are looking for an experienced Team Lead to join and lead the development of a major digital platform used by millions of users in Israel. This role combines team leadership, technological ownership, and hands-on development in an advanced environment based on Microservices and Event-Driven architecture.

What will you do in this role?

• Lead a team of Fullstack and Mobile developers, including professional mentorship, task prioritization, and ensuring high-quality delivery

• Lead the end-to-end development of complex features in a Microservices-based system

• Design and develop distributed architecture in an Event-Driven environment while integrating with mobile systems

• Provide technological leadership, conduct code reviews, and implement development and delivery best practices

Requirements

• Experience as a Team Leader or Tech Lead in a software development environment

• At least 8 years of experience in software development

• Experience in Backend development using Spring Boot

• Experience working with Kafka and REST APIs

• Experience in mobile development (React Native / Flutter / Native)

• Experience working with Docker, Kubernetes, OpenShift, and CI/CD processes

Nice to have

• Experience working with AWS and cloud infrastructure

• Experience in Fintech or banking systems
