Fleet Designer- Early-Stage AI Startup (Part-Time)

We're building something new at the intersection of AI and social media.

We can't say much yet, but if you know how to grow accounts from zero to thousands of followers organically, we want to talk.

The Role:

This is a dual role.

Half the work is hands-on: publishing content, managing social accounts daily, and growing their presence from scratch.

The other half is strategic: helping us design the playbook for how to do this at scale, defining what makes a persona resonate, what content strategies drive real growth, and how to architect a system that replicates it across dozens of accounts.

What You'll Do:

• Run and grow social media accounts hands-on- posting, engaging, building followers
• Design persona strategies: niche selection, voice, content pillars, audience targeting
• Analyze what's working and why, engagement patterns, algorithm behavior, growth levers
• Help build the repeatable framework for launching and scaling new accounts
• Track performance and feed insights back into the process

What We're Looking For:

• Deep, practical knowledge of social media
• You understand what makes a post perform: timing, hooks, formats, trends
• You've grown accounts before- you know the 100 → 1,000 → 10,000 journey
• Fluent with everyday AI tools- you already use them in your workflow
• Strategic thinking paired with willingness to get your hands dirty daily
• Experience with automation tools like n8n, Make, or Zapier is a strong bonus
