Junior Operations Manager

We are looking for a responsible, professional, and dedicated Operations Manager to join our small, well‑established software company located in Ra'anana.

Role Description

This is a full-time, on‑site position. The Operations Manager will be responsible for overseeing day‑to‑day office operations, ensuring efficiency and a well‑organized work environment. Key responsibilities include general operations management, basic accounting tasks, client service, assistance with budget preparation, and providing administrative support to the leadership team. The role also involves maintaining smooth workflows across the organization.

Qualifications

• Academic degree in Economics, Business Administration, or Industrial Engineering and Management.
• Basic knowledge of accounting.
• Strong proficiency in office software tools and applications
• Experience with ERP office management systems (such as SAP B1, Priority, etc.) - an advantage.
• High sense of responsibility, dedication, and a strong work ethic.
