Fullstack Team Lead

We are looking for a talented Fullstack Team Leader with a strong affinity for Mobile technologies to join us.

You will lead an organic team of developers, taking end-to-end responsibility for features that impact the daily lives of millions.

You will serve as both the technical authority and the people manager, ensuring our platform remains performant, scalable, and ahead of the curve in the competitive fintech landscape.

Key Responsibilities

● Team Leadership: Manage and lead a team of Fullstack & Mobile developers, overseeing their professional growth, task prioritization, and high-standard delivery.

● Mobile-First Delivery: Lead the development of complex features across the entire stack, ensuring a seamless and high-performance mobile experience for our users.

● Architecture & Design: Design and evolve distributed systems using Microservices and Event-Driven architecture, ensuring robust and secure integration with mobile clients.

● Quality & Performance: Champion mobile and web best practices, including UI/UX precision, application performance optimization, and production stability.

● Hands-on Mentorship: Lead by example through high-quality code, conducting thorough code reviews, and implementing modern SDLC and CI/CD processes.

Requirements:

● Proven experience as a Team Leader or Tech Lead in a professional software development environment.

● Strong background in developing both Server-side and Client-side applications, with specific experience in mobile-centric environments.

● 8+ years of experience in software development.

● Solid experience with Mobile development (React Native, Flutter, or Native iOS/Android).

● Deep knowledge of Spring Framework and Spring Boot.

● Experience with Kafka (Event-driven architecture) and RESTful APIs.

● Proficiency in Docker, K8s, OpenShift, and CI/CD processes.

● Excellent communication skills, a "can-do" attitude, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, mission-critical environment.
