Social Media & Content Marketing

Location: Har Tuv/Beit Shemesh (In office)

Hours: 10:00 AM - 6:00 PM (Israel Hours) 

Fluent English Required

Ephoca is seeking a skilled and motivated Social Media Manager with Content marketing experience. Come join our dynamic team at our Har Tuv - Beit Shemesh office. As part of our in-house team, you will play a key role in creating clear, concise, and comprehensive social media marketing to support our HVAC systems and products.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist in managing and updating Ephoca’s LinkedIn social media channels 
  • Create engaging and high-quality content, including posts, graphics, videos, and stories.
  • Maintaining social media and a content marketing calendar
  • Monitor and respond to comments, messages, and interactions to build a strong online community.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop campaigns and initiatives that align with business goals.
  • Analyze social media metrics and performance data to provide insights and recommendations.

Qualifications:

  • Proven interest and experience in social media and digital content creation.
  • Skills in content creation tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Suite, video editing tools).
  • Familiarity with major social media platforms and best practices.
  • Creative mindset with attention to detail.
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask.
