Junior Technical Support (Student Position) – Global Hi-Tech Company | Rosh HaAyin
A global hi-tech company is looking for a Junior Technical Support Specialist (Tier 1) to join a small and professional support team.
What you’ll do:
- Provide Tier 1 technical support to company clients
- Troubleshoot and resolve software and hardware issues
- Handle incoming requests from store teams (cashiers and operational staff)
- Manage service tickets received via phone or ticketing system
- Work as part of a professional technical support team
Work environment:
- Support center operating 24/7
- Hybrid shifts available for evening and weekend work from home
Requirements:
- Student availability for a full-time position – mandatory
- Military experience as a Network Administrator – advantage
- Strong technical orientation and fast learning ability
