Renewals Territory Account Manager - Arabic Speaker

As a Renewals Account Manager, you will take ownership of the entire renewal cycle, working closely with customers, partners, and internal teams to ensure high retention rates and outstanding customer experience.

What You’ll Do

• Conduct account reviews with customers to ensure satisfaction ahead of renewal dates
• Identify potential risks and collaborate with internal teams, distributors, and channel partners to resolve them
• Manage and validate the renewal pipeline in SFDC
• Prepare and deliver renewal quotes using the Renewal Quoting Tool
• Maintain accurate forecasting using Clari
• Meet renewal booking and retention targets
• Stay updated on Check Point solutions and their competitive positioning

What We’re Looking For

• 2+ years of experience in Renewals / Sales / Customer Success
• Proven ability to meet quotas and renewal metrics
• Experience with forecasting tools and CRM systems (SFDC – advantage)
• Highly organized, collaborative, and adaptable
• Fluent in Arabic and English
• Cybersecurity experience – an advantage
• Work schedule: Monday–Friday
