Fullstack Team Lead (React & Node.js)

About the Role

We are looking for a brilliant and experienced Hands-On Fullstack Team Lead to join our growing engineering department. In this pivotal role, you will lead a talented team of developers, driving the professional excellence and architectural vision of complex systems within a cutting-edge web environment.

You will balance high-level technological leadership with deep-dive development, taking full ownership of code quality, architectural standards, and cross-functional collaboration between business and tech interfaces.

What You’ll Do

• Lead & Mentor: Manage a team of developers, fostering a culture of innovation, high standards, and continuous growth.
• Architect & Build: Design and implement scalable, high-performance web systems using React and Node.js.
• Hands-on Development: Stay close to the code, leading by example in complex feature delivery and system design.
• End-to-End Ownership: Oversee the entire SDLC, ensuring robust code quality, testing standards, and best practices.
• Collaborate: Work closely with Product, Design, and Backend teams to translate business goals into high-impact features.

What You’ll Need

• Leadership Experience: 2+ years of experience leading a development team (Team Lead / Tech Lead).
• Technical Mastery: At least 5 years of extensive Hands-on experience with React.js and Node.js.
• Modern Web Fundamentals: Deep knowledge of JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, and CSS3.
• Architectural Depth: Proven experience with Microservices and Micro-Frontends.
• API Expertise: Extensive experience with RESTful APIs (both exposing and consuming).
• Testing Mindset: Experience with testing frameworks such as Jest and/or Cypress.
• Data Driven: Hands-on experience with Relational (SQL) and/or NoSQL databases.
• Mindset: A high sense of ownership, independent thinking, and the ability to thrive under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
