In this role, you will take ownership of the renewal lifecycle, ensuring high retention rates while building strong relationships with customers and collaborating with internal teams, distributors, and partners.

What You’ll Do
- Manage and drive the renewal process for customers in the Belgium & Luxembourg market
- Conduct account reviews with Major Account Managers and customers to ensure satisfaction ahead of renewal dates
- Identify potential risks and collaborate with internal teams and partners to resolve them
- Manage renewal opportunities in SFDC and maintain accurate forecasting using Clari
- Prepare and deliver renewal quotes using the renewal quoting tool
- Meet retention and bookings targets
What We’re Looking For
- 2+ years of experience in renewals, sales, or account management
- Proven track record of meeting quotas and renewal targets
- Experience with SFDC / forecasting tools (Clari is a plus)
- Strong organizational and collaboration skills
- Fluent French and English
- Cybersecurity experience is a plus, but not mandatory
