A growing and well-established industrial company with an excellent reputation is seeking a

VP Engineering

This is a key leadership role responsible for driving engineering excellence, leading the engineering team, and supporting the company’s continued growth and expansion.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage all engineering activities within the company
• Manage, mentor and develop the engineering team
• Drive customer-specific engineering solutions
• Lead product design and development processes
• Develop new configurations and engineering solutions tailored to customer needs
• Work closely with customers as well as cross-functional teams including production and operations
• Establish and improve engineering processes, methodologies, and best practices

Requirements:

• B.Sc. in Mechanical Engineering or Electrical Engineering – mandatory
• At least 5 years of experience in an engineering leadership role (VP level or reporting to a VP)
• Proven experience managing a team of 6+ engineers ( Team leaders management- an advantage)
• Experience in industrial product companies involving mechanical or electromechanical systems, such as industrial systems, machinery, or equipment
• Location: Beer-Sheva area (Hybrid)
