🚀 Frontend Team Lead – Angular | Trading Systems

A leading technology company in the capital markets and trading domain is looking for a Frontend Team Lead to lead the development of a new trading platform for the Israeli and US markets.

This role combines team leadership with hands-on development in a highly technical and real-time environment.

👨 💻 Responsibilities

• Lead a team of ~8 Angular developers

• Drive the development of a new real-time trading system

• Define development standards and best practices

• Implement and maintain WebSocket APIs for real-time communication

• Provide technical leadership, mentoring, and guidance

• Manage tasks and progress using Monday

• Work closely with product and take part in PO responsibilities

🧠 Requirements

• 4+ years of experience with Angular – Must

• 2+ years of experience as a Team Lead – Must

• Experience with AngularJS

• Experience working with SQL / Databases

• Experience developing complex systems

⭐ Nice to have

• Experience with C# / .NET Core

• Microservices architecture

• Docker / Kubernetes

• Node.js / CI-CD / Redis / RMQ / WebSockets

📍 Hybrid work model: 2 days in the office (Tel Aviv)

⚠️ Availability beyond working hours may occasionally be required (including weekends in case of production issues)
