Development Team Lead
Role & Responsibilities
Full personal and professional responsibility for team members: mentoring, coaching, providing feedback, professional guidance, and decision-making
Managing and building work plans, including task prioritization
onHands-on development alongside the team
Code reviews and implementation of best coding practices
Translating business requirements into technical specifications
Promoting technological solutions, improvements, and system upgrades
Working closely with cross-functional stakeholders: business users, project managers, development teams, and QA
Active participation in Scrum teams
Requirements
At least 2 years of experience leading a software development team or 5+ years of hands-on software development experience
Strong experience with Java + Spring / Spring Boot and React or Angular
Experience working with databases
Experience with advanced development technologies such as microservices, containers, etc. –
an advantage
Strong leadership and people-motivation skills, with the ability to engage and drive cross-team collaboration
High service orientation and strong interpersonal skills
Self-driven, proactive, and independent
Deep business understanding, particularly in Life & Health products, and familiarity with company-wide products
Ability to write clean, high-quality code and guide the team in best development methodologies
