Role Description

We are seeking a full-time Import Coordinator to join our team on-site at our Caesarea location. The Import Coordinator will oversee and manage import processes, ensure compliance with customs regulations, maintain clear communication with clients and partners, and collaborate with ocean carriers. Additionally, the individual will provide exceptional customer service to ensure seamless shipping and import experiences.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in the Freight Forwarding industry.
• Strong verbal and written Communication skills to liaise effectively with clients and partners
• Experience with Ocean shipping logistics and coordination
• Strong Customer Service skills to maintain high client satisfaction
• Attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Proficiency in relevant software and tools for logistics and shipment management is a plus
• Previous experience in logistics, supply chain, or a related field is preferred
