Ad Creative Director & Social Media Manager

Full Time, Temporary (Maternity Leave replacement for 6 months, with option to extend)

As Ad Creative Director & Social Media Manager, you’ll join our world-class marketing team to lead the production of Bazaart’s video ad creatives and social media content, while developing and maintaining our unique brand identity. Your work will reach millions of users, with real-time feedback and visible impact.

What you’ll do

Ad Creative

• Produce Bazaart’s video ad creatives for Meta Ads, Google Ads, etc.
• Work closely with in-house and freelance content creators and designers
• Manage content creators and campaigns from reaching out to content creation
• Write clear briefs for ad creatives, including copy, references, and visual guidelines
• Provide design and storytelling feedback to creators and designers
• Do hands-on video editing, photo editing and design as necessary
• Generate voiceovers, captions, image and video creatives with AI
• Track and analyze creative performance and iterate for better engagement and results

Social Media

• Manage Bazaart’s social media and schedule content publishing according to strategy
• Create engaging, high-quality content tailored to our social audience
• Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends, tools, and best practices
• Track and analyze content performance and iterate for better engagement and results

Brand & Identity

• Help evolve and maintain Bazaart’s brand identity and positioning

You’ll love this role if you have

• Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience in marketing creative direction
• Great understanding of performance ad creatives best practices on various ad platforms
• Strong creative vision and the ability to collaborate with designers and creators to bring ideas to life
• Passion for iterating quickly and experimenting towards achieving best results
• Love for stunning creatives that people emotionally connect with
• Hands-on video editing (CapCut, After Effects) and design (Figma, Photoshop) skills
• Hands-on creative AI generation (Artlist, Midjourney, Veo, Gemini, etc.)
• Strong sense of ownership and follow-through
• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously 
• B.Des degree from an established design institute – a plus
