Role Description 

The role includes full responsibility for the recruitment life cycle: from job characterization with hiring managers, conducting targeted sourcing to locate candidates, conducting in-depth telephone interviews and supporting candidates until full onboarding.

Job requirements

• Bachelor's degree graduates in the field of - Human Resources, Social Sciences, Psychology, etc.
• 1 year +/- experience in recruitment/sales/customer service - a significant advantage
• Strong writing and communication skills – for job posts, candidate outreach, and professional evaluations
• High self-management, organization, creativity, and a proactive mindset
