Waxman Group is one of Israel’s leading project management and engineering companies, supporting some of the country’s largest and most complex construction and infrastructure projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Calculating financial offsets, including penalties, guarantees, retentions, and partial payments
- Conducting ongoing tracking of approved payments within organizational systems
- Consolidating data into internal control tables and supporting the preparation of materials for financial status reviews
- Managing Change Orders (COs) and additions: consolidating requests, verifying calculations, and cross-referencing them against original contract terms
- Following up on missing documentation and completing payment requirements with internal and external stakeholders
- Routine work with SAP to monitor order and payment status, alongside managing complex Excel files for control purposes

Requirements:
- Relevant Academic Degree (Economics / Accounting / Business Administration / Industrial Engineering & Management) – Mandatory
- Full proficiency in Microsoft Office, with Advanced Excel skills – Mandatory
- Experience with SAP – Significant advantage
- Exceptional attention to detail, impeccable organizational skills, and professional assertivenes
- Strong analytical skills for report analysis and understanding complex contractual clauses
