Role Description

The Resource Development Coordinator is a full-time, on-site position located in the Jerusalem District, Israel. The coordinator will be responsible for developing and implementing resource development strategies, fostering communication with stakeholders, planning and executing events, managing fundraising initiatives, and leading community outreach efforts. The role involves close collaboration with team members, donors, and community partners to support the organization's mission and goals.

Qualifications

• Proficient in Resource Development and Fundraising strategies
• Strong Communication skills, with experience building relationships with donors and stakeholders
• Expertise in Event Planning, including organizing and executing campaigns and events
• Skilled in Community Outreach to engage and connect with diverse groups
• Experience in nonprofit organizations or related fields is a plus
• Highly organized with excellent time-management skills
• Proficiency in written and spoken English; additional languages are an advantage
• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field such as Communications, Public Relations, or Nonprofit Management is preferred
