This position is an excellent entry point into the high-tech industry, especially for candidates interested in continuing their careers in Software Development, System Administration, Project Management, or QA.

The role is based in the company's support center and includes shift work (morning, evening, and weekends), with the option to work from home or in a full-time position.

Responsibilities

Support is provided through remote access to the software installed at customer sites.

The position is suitable for students with basic computer knowledge who are interested in shift-based work, as well as for candidates seeking a full-time role in high-tech technical support.

We are looking for highly motivated candidates with strong service awareness.

Availability to work morning, evening, and weekend shifts is required.

Requirements

Student pursuing a degree in Industrial Engineering and Management, Management Information Systems, Logistics, or Organizational Consulting – an advantage
Familiarity with the Priority system – an advantage
High level of English proficiency
Availability for full-time work and willingness to work in a demanding environment
