  • Leading Data Discovery processes to uncover actionable business insights for diverse clients
  • Authoring comprehensive Design Documents and technical specification papers.
  • Hands-on management of Marketing Automation platforms and integrated marketing ecosystems.
  • Analyzing data and generating marketing insights to optimize ongoing communication and engagement performance.
  • Mapping Customer Journeys and defining strategic business Use Cases.

Requirements:

  • 2–5 years of experience in Marketing Automation or CX roles.
  • Experience working with large-scale enterprises and complex organizational structures.
  • Deep understanding of marketing data, segmentation strategies, and data-driven marketing.
  • Experience in Project Management and writing Technical Design Documents – a significant advantage.
  • Proven ability to lead and manage multiple stakeholders, clients, and cross-functional interfaces.
  • A strategic business mindset with the ability to look beyond the technology to the "big picture."
  • Proficiency in SQL and HTML – a plus.
