Role Overview:
Lead and manage a .NET development team, with full responsibility for the software development lifecycle, architectural standards and delivery quality in a modern Web environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and mentor a team of developers (professional & managerial responsibility)
- Own the full SDLC from design to deployment
- Define organizational standards for code quality and architecture
- Design system architecture and lead advanced technological solutions
- Develop Web systems using C# .NET and Angular
- Lead cloud-based implementations in Azure
- Work with MS SQL Server databases
- Manage development processes in Agile Scrum methodology
Requirements:
- 5+ years of software development experience
- 5+ years of experience managing development teams
- Proven experience developing Web systems with C# .NET and Angular
- Experience developing in Azure cloud environments
- Strong experience working with MS SQL Server
