Project Management Officer

Tnuva is Israel’s leading food company, and its Information Systems & Technology Division plays a key role in driving the organization’s digital transformation and supporting its strategic and operational needs. The division leads complex technological initiatives across the company, requiring strong governance, collaboration, and professional excellence.

Role Overview

The PMO will manage, monitor, and integrate the division’s portfolio of technology projects and initiatives. The role includes ensuring adherence to budget and timelines, establishing standardized work methodologies, and providing clear managerial visibility to the division and organizational leadership.

Key Responsibilities

• Managing, monitoring, and integrating the portfolio of technology projects and initiatives while ensuring alignment with budget, timelines, standardized methodologies, and organizational transparency.
• Tracking project status, milestones, dependencies, and risks.
• Monitoring and controlling project tasks and tasks assigned to the division’s management.
• Leading and executing technological risk management processes.
• Collaborating with internal divisional stakeholders and cross‑organizational interfaces.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree (preferably in Industrial Engineering, Economics, Logistics, or Business Administration) – mandatory.
• At least three years of proven experience as a PMO in Information Systems or Technology – mandatory.
• Previous experience in technological risk management and familiarity with risk management methodologies – mandatory.
• Proficiency with computerized task management systems – significant advantage.
• Strong ability to work cross‑functionally and influence stakeholders without direct authority.
