Role Description

We’re looking for a creative and highly organized Social Media Manager to lead Raven’s social presence and content strategy.

This is a full-time, on-site role in the Haifa District. The Social Media Manager will be responsible for planning and executing Raven’s social media strategy across platforms, creating engaging content, managing our community, and growing the brand’s digital presence.

You will work closely with the founder and marketing team to translate Raven’s brand vision into inspiring daily content.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and manage Raven’s social media content calendar
• Create and publish engaging content across Instagram, TikTok, and other platforms
• Write compelling captions aligned with Raven’s brand voice
• Collaborate on photoshoots, content days, and influencer collaborations
• Monitor trends and implement social media growth strategies
• Analyze performance and optimize content based on insights
• Engage with the Raven community through comments, messages, and interactions

Qualifications

• Proven experience managing social media accounts for a brand
• Strong understanding of Instagram, TikTok, and content trends
• Excellent writing and communication skills
• Creative eye for fashion, fitness, and lifestyle content
• Experience with content creation tools and basic video editing
• Ability to manage multiple projects and work in a fast-paced environment
• Passion for fitness, fashion, and women’s communities is a strong advantage
