Frontend Developer

Role Overview:

• Product Innovation: Joining a specialized team focused on high-end solutions, taking a lead role in Frontend development using React.
• Agile Collaboration: Working within small, multidisciplinary squads alongside product managers, designers, and analysts to deliver rapid, high-impact features.
• Massive Scale: Developing user-facing components for a platform serving millions of active users and processing vast amounts of global traffic.
• Modern Ecosystem: Leveraging a cutting-edge stack including React, Redux, ES6, and Webpack, integrated with a powerful backend of Kafka, AWS, and Kubernetes.
• End-to-End Ownership: Driving features from architectural design to deployment, ensuring high performance and a seamless user experience.

Requirements:

• 3 years of professional experience in Frontend development – Mandatory.
• 3 years of deep hands-on experience with React – Mandatory.
• Proven track record in high-growth Startups or high-scale Web companies – Mandatory.
• Mastery of modern web technologies: HTML5, CSS3 (Sass/Less), and ES6+.
• Experience with state management libraries (e.g., Redux) and build tools (Webpack).
• Familiarity with working in an Agile/Scrum environment.
• Strong architectural understanding and the ability to solve complex UI/UX challenges.
