This is a pivotal role where you'll be instrumental in shaping our culture, supporting our leaders, and driving our growth through exceptional talent acquisition.

What You'll Do

• Be a trusted strategic HRBP to our managers, helping them achieve their business goals.
• Lead the full employee lifecycle – from onboarding to development and retention.
• Spearhead our end-to-end talent acquisition efforts, focusing on identifying and attracting top-tier tech and digital professionals.
• Develop and implement HR programs and initiatives that support our organizational vision.
• Guide and support managers in all HR-related matters, including change management and employee relations.
  
  

Responsibilities

What We're Looking For:

✅ Minimum 4 years of proven experience as an HR Business Partner in a medium-sized technology company.

✅ Demonstrated expertise in end-to-end recruitment processes, including targeted sourcing, specifically for tech and digital roles.

✅ A deep understanding of employment law and employee relations.

✅ A proactive approach, excellent communication skills, and a passion for people!
