ITOPS Team Lead - Large Financial Organization (Tel Aviv)
A large financial organization in Tel Aviv is looking for an ITOPS Team Lead.
Hybrid work model - two days per week working from home.
Role Overview:
Leading the ITOPS domain, including infrastructure, DevOps, and IT operations.
- Planning and implementing technological systems and services in a multi-server environment
- Monitoring performance and maintaining servers, operating systems, and network infrastructure
- Working in an Agile environment using CI/CD tools such as Jenkins
- Responsible for improving operational processes, monitoring incidents, and resolving complex issues
- Collaborating with internal stakeholders to enhance and optimize technological infrastructure
Requirements:
- Proven experience managing IT, DevOps, or infrastructure teams
- Extensive knowledge in operating and maintaining servers and operating systems (Windows/Linux)
- Experience working with Jenkins and implementing CI/CD solutions
- Basic networking knowledge - significant advantage
- Familiarity with Node.js - an advantage
- Experience working in Agile environments and ability to lead processes
