Technical Skills
• 5+ years of experience as a DBA, Data Engineer, or Full-Stack Data Developer.
• Proved hands-on experience with SQL databases (PostgreSQL, MySQL, SQL Server,
etc.).
• Familiarity with non-SQL/NoSQL systems (MongoDB, InfluxDB, or time-series
DBs).
• Expertise in Python for ETL, automation, and data manipulation.
• Experience building dashboards or GUIs (e.g., React, Angular, Dash, Streamlit).
• Proved understanding of data modeling, indexing, performance tuning.
• Experience with cloud data platforms (Azure, AWS, GCP) — highly preferred.
• Ability to handle large engineering datasets (GB–TB scale).
Soft Skills
• Excellent communication and ability to work with non-software R&D teams.
• Self-starter capable of building systems from scratch.
• Proved sense of ownership and responsibility for business-critical infrastructure.
