Epilady, an advanced technology company in the medical-aesthetic field, is seeking a Clinical Researcher for our R&D team.

The role combines strong scientific depth with direct patient interaction and hands-on leadership of clinical research processes — from study design through data analysis and conclusion.

The position is based at the company’s site in Hatzor HaGlilit and at clinical trial sites.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and lead clinical trials and pilot studies
• Ongoing work with patients within clinical research frameworks
• Practical operational management of clinical studies
• Data analysis and scientific interpretation of results
• Work within a multidisciplinary development team
• Close collaboration with the R&D Manager
• Preparation of research reports, validation documentation, and study records

Mandatory Requirements

• Relevant academic degree
• At least 3 years of industry experience or hands-on academic experience in the field
• Strong scientific background and analytical thinking
• Experience working directly with patients
• Practical ability to manage clinical research and patient processes (hands-on)
• Strong teamwork and interpersonal communication skills

Advantage

• Degree in Biomedical Engineering / Physics / Electrical Engineering / Software Engineering
• Experience in clinical research
• Experience in the medical-aesthetic field
• Experience with medical laser treatments
• Familiarity with medical regulatory processes

התפקיד משלב עומק מדעי עם עבודה ישירה מול מטופלים והובלת תהליכי מחקר קליני — משלב התכנון ועד ניתוח התוצאות והסקת מסקנות.

העבודה מתבצעת באתר החברה בחצור הגלילית ובאתרי הניסויים.

תחומי אחריות

• תכנון והובלת ניסויים קליניים ופיילוטים
• עבודה שוטפת מול מטופלים במסגרת מחקרים
• ניהול תפעולי של המחקר הקליני בפועל
• ניתוח נתונים והסקת מסקנות מדעיות
• עבודה בצוות פיתוח רב-תחומי
• עבודה צמודה למנהל הפיתוח
• כתיבת דוחות מחקר, ולידציה ותיעוד

דרישות חובה

• תואר רלוונטי
• לפחות 3 שנות ניסיון בתעשייה או ניסיון אקדמי מעשי בתחום
• רקע מדעי חזק וחשיבה אנליטית מעמיקה
• ניסיון בעבודה מול מטופלים
• יכולת ניהול פרקטי של מחקר קליני ומטופלים (Hands-on)
• יכולת עבודה בצוות ותקשורת בין-אישית גבוהה
