BIM Coordinator

Job Description

• Work closely with the project management team to coordinate project geometry.
• Utilize advanced tools and software to perform system coordination checks and quality control.
• Initiate optimization proposals and resolve system clashes by leading coordination guidelines within the team.
• Monitor and control the team’s design processes in accordance with coordination meeting directives until full coordination is achieved.

Requirements

• Degree in Architecture and/or Civil Engineering.
• Background in design and/or construction – mandatory.
• Proven BIM experience – mandatory.
• Experience with Revit – advantage.
• Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience.
• Previous experience in system coordination/design – significant advantage.
• Strong proficiency in Revit – significant advantage.
• High level of professionalism and personal accountability.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Initiative, strong organizational skills, and attention to detail.
• Excellent interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and willingness to take responsibility.
