🚀 We’re Hiring: Senior Associate Program Manager – Product Development

Looking for a PMO rockstar to join a dynamic Product & R&D environment! You’ll play a key role in improving ways of working, driving operational excellence, and supporting critical decisions, feature launches, and product roadmap items.

What You’ll Do:

• Collaborate with multiple stakeholders and agile squads
• Manage and improve Jira workflows, dashboards, and metrics
• Prepare risk management reports and highlight project risks
• Analyze program planning and execution to support decision-making
• Work independently, solve problems, and handle ambiguity

Requirements:

• 3+ years in a similar role
• Strong Jira experience with configuration & automated flows
• Excel expertise (pivot tables, functions, graphs)
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban) and PMO processes

Nice to have: Agile or Jira Admin certifications, BI tools experience, degree in Industrial Engineering or Information Systems
