What You’ll Be Doing:
🔹 Lead end-to-end compensation and reward cycles – including salary reviews, bonus processes, and incentive plans.
🔹 Design and develop advanced variable pay models, aligning organizational goals, employee performance, and budget constraints.
🔹 Conduct in-depth HR data analysis to generate strategic insights and support decision-making.
🔹 Partner closely with HR teams across sites and headquarters – providing professional guidance, support, and reporting.
🔹 Take full ownership of the HR department budget – planning, monitoring, and ongoing control.
What We’re Looking For:
✔ 4+ years of experience in Compensation & Benefits – required
✔ Strong analytical skills with proven experience in quantitative analysis and reporting – required
✔ Bachelor’s degree – required (Degree in Economics – significant advantage)
✔ Advanced Excel skills
✔ Experience or familiarity with Webi, SAP, SuccessFactors – advantage
