Digital Process Coordinator

Sheba Medical Center, Israel’s largest and leading healthcare organization, is driving a broad digital transformation across its ambulatory (outpatient) clinics.

We are looking for a Digital Process Manager to play a key role in leading this change — from identifying operational needs through design, implementation, and adoption in the field.

This position combines process improvement, digital innovation, and organizational change leadership, with a strong focus on enhancing patient experience and expanding digital healthcare services.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the transition from manual workflows to digital and automated processes across outpatient clinics
• Map existing workflows and identify opportunities for optimization and efficiency
• Define and design system-based solutions replacing manual processes (forms, scheduling, patient flow, documentation)
• Work closely with medical, administrative, and IT teams as well as development partners
• Support implementation and adoption of new processes on-site and lead organizational change initiatives
• Perform process testing and monitor adoption and usage KPIs
• Analyze operational data and generate insights for continuous improvement
• Manage and optimize systems related to appointment scheduling, calendar management, and digital kiosks.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering & Management, Information Systems, or a related field — required
• Strong process-oriented thinking and ability to analyze complex workflows — required
• Proven experience in process design, process improvement, or digital transformation projects — required
• Experience gathering and defining business/customer requirements
• Ability to work across multiple stakeholders and lead change within a large organization
• End-to-end process ownership capabilities
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Advantages
