The Role
We are searching for a dedicated and proactive Customer Success Manager to manage and grow our portfolio of strategic accounts. In this role, you will serve as the primary point of contact for our clients, ensuring they achieve their business goals while maximizing the value of our advertising platforms. You will work at the intersection of sales, product, and operations to deliver exceptional results.
Key Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers.
- Act as a trusted advisor to clients, providing strategic recommendations to optimize their mobile marketing campaigns.
- Monitor account performance and health, identifying opportunities for growth and upselling.
- Lead the onboarding process for new customers and ensure smooth integration with our technology.
- Coordinate with internal technical and product teams to resolve client issues and relay feedback for product improvements.
- Conduct regular business reviews to demonstrate ROI and align on future objectives.
- Experience: 2-3 years of experience in Customer Success or Account Management within the AdTech, Mobile, or SaaS industries.
- Analytical Skills: Strong ability to interpret data and translate it into actionable strategies for clients.
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written English skills (Native level or equivalent).
- Tools: Proficiency in Excel and CRM software (e.g., Salesforce) is a must.
- Education: Bachelors degree in Business, Communications, or a related field.
- Mindset: A customer-centric approach with a results-oriented attitude and the ability to thrive in a high-pressure environment.
