Frontend Team Leader

A successful Ad-Tech startup is optimizing the digital real-estate market for advertisers through real-time data collection and advanced AI. The company recently launched two innovative Data and AI products and is currently preparing for its next significant funding round.

They offer a fast-paced, high-impact environment where technology directly drives business growth for global advertisers.

The company is located in Central Israel and operates a hybrid work model with two days of remote flexibility.

Role Overview:

• Team Leadership: Managing a team of 3 developers, providing mentorship, and overseeing end-to-end delivery.
• Hands-on Impact: Maintaining a 50% hands-on presence, taking part in high-level design and coding.
• Technical Guidance: Reporting to the Head of Engineering and leading the development of modern web applications using Node.js and Angular.
• Frontend Excellence: Serving as a technical authority for Frontend architecture while ensuring robust Backend integration.
• Full Lifecycle Ownership: Managing features from early-stage design through to deployment using CI/CD and AWS infrastructure.

Requirements:

• 4+ years of experience in Software Development – Mandatory.
• Deep proficiency in Frontend development – Mandatory.
• Strong hands-on experience with Node.js – Mandatory.
• Proven experience as a Team Lead or Tech Lead – Significant Advantage.
• Solid experience with Angular (specifically modern versions) – Significant Advantage.
• Background in Fullstack development with a clear Frontend orientation.
• Familiarity with AWS and CI/CD pipelines.
