About The Position

Job Summary

AllCloud is looking for a QA Engineer. As a QA Engineer at AllCloud, you will design and execute tests with emphasis on business scenarios, estimate, prioritize, plan, and coordinate testing activities for the Salesforce platform.

Summary Of Key Responsibilities

Lead the aspects of QA in the Salesforce environment during release management
Design and execute manual tests with emphasis on business scenarios
Estimate, prioritize, plan, and coordinate testing activities
Push for bug fixes, re-testing, and follow-ups
Keep and manage the traceability matrix of all features and developed processes

Requirements

1 Years of similar experience testing CRM software products (experience in Salesforce environment- advantage)
Knowledge of concepts and Methodologies of QA
Experience in testing complex processes and integrations with external systems.
Experience in managing testing processes according to the development life cycle (SDLC)
Experience working in an Agile environment with development teams, product owners, and business analysts
Great communication, presentation, and collaboration skills

Certifications Preferred

ISTQB Certification
A graduate with a B.Sc. in Computer Science or related fields - advantage
